The space

The house has an area of ​​144sq.m., spread over three residential floors.
The floor occupied by the living area is extended by a veranda and a private sun garden. A spacious living room, dining room and kitchen are designed on this floor and ending with southern panoramic windows to the garden. Available is also a flat-screen TV and strong WiFi connection. A staircase and a bathroom complete the floors.
Above this floor are designed two separate bedrooms, equipped with queen-sized beds, southern exposure and access to a terrace, an entrance hall and a fully equipped bathroom with shower. At the same level is the entrance of the house.
The staircase leads to the third floor where there is the master bedroom, a bathroom also equipped with shower and a terrace, offering panoramic views of the city and the bay in a southerly direction. Decorative structures complement the facade, providing individuality and limiting the visibility of surrounding buildings.
The house also has an outdoor private parking for two cars.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole house (3 floors) - three bedrooms, common area with kitchen, living room and dining area combined, two full bathrooms and additional toilet on the ground floor. Along with this, you will have access to the private garden and parking space in front of the house.
