The space

The maisonette's living room is airy and high-ceilinged, it has a huge sofa that extends into a large bed and can comfortably sleep 2 people. Air-conditioning and TV for your comfort and entertainment are provided.

The kitchen is packed with appliances (oven, stove, fridge, microwave, kettle, coffee machine, cutlery, kitchenware) - you have what you need to cook a dinner and enjoy it at the dining table or why not at the high-chairs at the bar?

From the common room you have access to a big corner terrace (suitable for smokers). There is a nice city view from up there.

A wooden staircase will lead you to the 2nd floor and the bedroom. It has a large Queen bed for 2. there are two rooftop windows with plenty of daylight (please keep them closed as water gets in when raining!) Here you'll find the iron and ironing board, check inside the wardrobe for extra bed sheets, towels, etc. if needed.

The apartment has a private bathroom with shower and boiler for constantly running hot water. Washing machine and drying rack is in the bathroom compartment. We provide fresh and clean bed linen and towels for our guests and basic toiletries, like soap, shampoo and toilet paper are also on the house.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole apartment.

Communication with the hosts

I and my co-host won't be at the apartment during your stay, but we are always available if you have any questions regarding your stay or you need any recommendations, just message us through the platform. We will provide a phone number, just in case of emergency.

Other things to note

The apartment is on the 4th floor with elevator. The entrance is on the left side of the building.
