• Fully equipped kitchen.
• Vacuum cleaner, iron, hairdryer.
• Working desks with chairs.
• Board games. :)

Guest access

Guests will have the whole studio at their disposal.

Other things to note

• Parking on the streets in the area is paid.

• The apartment is supplied with bed linens, towels and hotel cosmetics.

• Apartment located on the 1st floor - no elevator.

• !!! ATTENTION !!! If you lose the keys, take them with you after check-out or fail to return them in the lock box we will be forced to charge you with a FINE of 300 BGN (150 EUR) because of the complexity of the lock and key set !!! Please be very careful with the keys !!!
