The space

The apartment's layout consists of a spacious living room, open-planned kitchen, dining area, office, bathroom and a separate toilet - all these located on the first level.
On the second level is the bedroom and bathroom without toilet.

The living room is furnished with:
• a comfortable sitting area with an extendable sofa;
• indoor fireplace - only used as decoration;
• TV with cable channels;
• spacious dining area;

The kitchen is equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, electric kettle and toaster;
• washing machine;
• dishwasher;
• various kitchen and cooking utensils;

The office room provides:
• desk and office chair;
• access to balcony;
• dryer;
• storage area;

On the first level the bathroom and the toilet are separated. The bathroom has a bathtub.

The bedroom is located on the second floor and has:
• a comfortable queen-sized bed;
• storage area;
• AC;
• second bathroom only with shower and washing sink.

Guest access

You will have access to the whole apartment.
