The space

The apartment is located on the 8th floor and is accessible by elevator. The flat itself is based on two levels.

The first level consists of common area with an open-plan kitchen, one bedroom, a toilet and a balcony with a stunning view of the entire city and the Vitosha mountain.

The living room features:
• extendable couch with a coffee table;
• smart TV accessible by phone, with Netflix and cable channels;
• air conditioner;
• dining area with a table and four chairs;
• access to the balcony.

The kitchen is fully equipped with:
• fridge, oven and stoves;
• coffee machine, microwave and kettle;
• washing machine and dishwasher;
• cupboards full of all sorts of glasses, consumables, cooking utensils.

The bedroom consists of:
• queen size bed;
• huge closet;
• air conditioner;
• nightstands with enough light.

The toilet on the first floor has a boiler, a sink and a storage space.
The full bathroom is located on the second floor with bathtub, toilet and a sink with a cupboard and mirror.

Guest access

You will have the whole place at your disposal - one bedroom, one full bathroom and one only with toilet, fully equipped kitchen and a living room with access to the balcony. Enjoy!
